FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about file review, paper choice, and order handling.
Do you check my file before printing?
No. We review the file for resolution, profile, and basic print setup, but we do not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy beyond the agreed preflight scope.
How is print pricing determined?
Pricing depends on print size, paper choice, and quantity. Test prints are billed separately when requested.
Can you help me choose paper and finish?
Yes. We can help you compare paper and finish options so you can choose the setup that suits your image or artwork.
How long does production usually take?
Production time is usually estimated after file review and confirmation of materials and quantity. We do not promise a fixed turnaround until those details are confirmed.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We support collection and local delivery within San Juan City, with hours and delivery windows depending on the order schedule.
